Kailan Hotel - Toucheng

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful and although they didn't speak English, they went out of their way to assist us. We were able to enjoy a late night meal, which was really tasty. The hotel even had a hot spring on-site, which was a great bonus. Additionally, they provided bicycles for rent, allowing us to explore the surrounding area. the service and amenities provided at this hotel were top-notch. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There were really no negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. We had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Stayed here for Xmas and the experience was superb! the staff are very enthusiastic and hospitable, although communicating in English was a bit tricky. In our room, we enjoyed a relaxing bath and a very comfortable bed. the hotel's key location allowed us to see the mesmerizing sunset and sunrise from its balcony, and we took advantage of the free bike rental for 2 hours!

The corridors were a bit stuffy, but it wasn't a big issue; it was just passing by.

Also, the location was great, with a balcony on the fourth floor offering stunning views of the sunrise and sunset.

The hot spring took about 20 minutes to heat up, which was a bit of a downside for us. Furthermore, the soundproofing of the rooms wasn't great, as we could still hear some noise from outside during the night. Additionally, it was a bit warm in the corridors, although it didn't bother us very much since we mostly just passed by.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were nice, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. Our room was very clean, comfy, and had a bath. The location was also nice and convenient. we enjoyed the hot spring in-house and the free two-hour bicycle rental.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Located near some tourist spots and have bicycles you can rent for free. the rooms are relatively clean, although sometimes you might find some hair left uncleaned in the bathroom. Breakfast is great and they change it up every day. the staff is friendly and willing to help you.

The hotel is located too close to the highway, which can be quite noisy at night.
